Privacy policy details
Last updated: April 1, 2026. We review and update this policy at least once per year.
AGR Marketing Solutions collects, licenses, and sells consumer data as part of our business. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can limit or opt out of that use.
Who We Are
AGR Marketing Solutions, LLC (“AGR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a consumer data aggregator. We provide business clients — in industries including Automotive, Insurance, Retail, Consumer Credit, Financial Services, Direct Mail, Online & Email Marketing, Consumer Data, and Advertising & Marketing — with consumer profiles containing interests, preferences, and basic demographic characteristics so they can make more informed decisions and communicate with consumers more effectively.
AGR is a registered data broker in California, Vermont, Texas, and Oregon.
Who This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy supersedes all prior versions. It applies to:
- Visitors and users (“consumers” or “you”) of our website (agrmarketingsolutions.com) and any other online applications we own and operate now or in the future; and
- Consumers whose information we obtain from third parties or process on another party’s behalf — meaning this policy may apply to you even if you have never visited our website or interacted with us directly.
This policy does not apply to third-party websites we link to, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. If you are an existing business customer, your use of our websites and data services is also governed by the contractual terms in effect at the time of your purchase, along with any addenda and written modifications.
Information We Collect and How We Share It
The consumer profiles we maintain may include identifiers such as name and postal address, basic demographic characteristics, and information about interests and preferences. For visitors to our website, we may also collect information about your interactions with the site.
AGR does not collect Social Security numbers, government-issued identifiers, precise geolocation, or sensitive personal information such as religious beliefs or employment background.
We disclose, and may sell or share, personal information to our business clients in the industries identified above, for their marketing and decision-making purposes, and to service providers and contractors who perform functions on our behalf under contractual restrictions.
We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
Your Choices and Rights
You have rights over how your personal information is used, sold, and shared. The sections below describe those rights and how to exercise them.
Our websites may record your interactions with them, including your responses to consent and opt-in forms. Our websites recognize and honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information.
California residents: In addition to submitting requests directly to us, you may request deletion of your personal information from all registered data brokers, including AGR, through the California Privacy Protection Agency’s Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform (DROP), available at privacy.ca.gov. AGR accesses and processes DROP deletion requests as required by California’s Delete Act, including directing our service providers and contractors to delete your personal information as required by law.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a request to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may:
- Email us at contact@agrmarketingsolutions.com.
We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and respond within 45 calendar days, as required by law. To protect your privacy, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Applicable Law
This policy is designed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), as amended by the CPRA, and other applicable U.S. state data privacy laws, including those of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Virginia.
Children’s Privacy
Our websites and services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the personal information of consumers under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have information about a minor, contact us using the information below and we will delete it promptly.
